Terms of service
The terms that govern the use of Omnio, provided by Sawego Digital sp. z o.o..
Last updated 15 October 2026
The service
Omnio is a team inbox, a light CRM and an API for customer messaging, provided by SAWEGO DIGITAL SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (Sawego Digital sp. z o.o.), Aleja Zjednoczenia 17 / U-1, 01-829 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0001208463, NIP 1182318629, REGON 543370038, share capital PLN 5,000. By creating a workspace or using Omnio you accept these terms on behalf of your organisation.
Early access
Omnio is in early access. Features may change, and features shown as coming are plans, not commitments. We will tell you before a change that removes something you rely on.
Accounts
You are responsible for the people you invite, for keeping sign-in details and API keys safe, and for the actions taken from your workspace. Tell us at once at support@sawego.com if you suspect misuse.
Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Follow the terms and policies of every channel you connect, including the WhatsApp Business Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the Commerce Policy.
- Message only people who have agreed to hear from you, and honour every request to stop.
- Not send spam, unlawful content, or content that harms others.
- Not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules or puts other customers or the channels at risk.
Fees
Plans are priced per seat, a member who signs in to answer customers. Every channel and number is included. Messaging fees are billed by Meta and the other platforms directly to your own accounts and are not part of Omnio’s fees.
Prices shown during early access may change; we will give notice before a change applies to you.
Your data
You own the data you put in Omnio. We process it only to provide the service and as described in our privacy policy. You can export it through the API and delete it at any time.
[OWNER: link to the data processing agreement, if offered]
Availability
We work to keep Omnio available and to restore it quickly after an incident. Service levels are agreed only in a Scale plan contract. Channels run by third parties, such as WhatsApp, can be unavailable for reasons outside our control.
Intellectual property
Omnio, its software and its brand belong to Sawego Digital sp. z o.o.. These terms give you the right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Omnio is provided as is during early access, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the service
You can close your workspace at any time. We may end the service with notice, or at once for a serious breach of these terms. On closure, data is deleted as set out in the privacy policy.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by Polish law, and disputes go to the competent courts in Poland. We will announce changes in advance. Last updated 15 October 2026.
