If your business uses Omnio

A workspace owner can delete contacts and conversations at any time from Omnio, and close the workspace to delete everything.

To ask us instead, email privacy@sawego.com from the owner’s address with the subject “Data deletion” and the name of the workspace.

If you wrote to a business that uses Omnio

The business you wrote to controls your messages and contact details. Ask it to delete them; it can do so in Omnio.

You can also write to privacy@sawego.com with the phone number or account you used and the name of the business. We will pass the request on and make sure it is carried out.

What happens next

  • We confirm we received the request within 3 business days and give you a reference.
  • We may ask you to prove the data is yours, so no one can delete it in your place.
  • We delete the data within 30 days, and it leaves our backups within [OWNER: e.g. 35 days].
  • We write to you when it is done. Data we must keep by law, such as invoices, is kept only as long as the law requires.

Messages already delivered stay on the devices of the people who received them, and copies held by Meta or another platform follow that platform’s own deletion rules.
