Retries
A failed delivery is tried again for 24 hours, then marked dead.
What counts as a failure
Any status other than 2xx, a timeout after 5 seconds, a connection error or a redirect.

Each attempt has a fresh timestamp and signature. After the last one the delivery is dead.
Disabled endpoints
An endpoint that fails for 24 hours in a row is turned off. Turn it back on in Settings once it answers again.
